We had the good fortune of joining John & Sheila on “Studio,” their 54 Aquila motor yacht, for a cruise to the Bahamas.

Having never done the trip on our own boat, this was an exciting adventure, and great fun!

Studio was beautiful, and yes, that is a disco ball!

We were delighted that Amanda and Luis were part of our group.

Though the rides to Bimini and then Chub Cay were a bit bumpy, the boat handled beautifully. The weather calmed and the rest of our travels were perfect!

John was a skillful captain, and Sheila wowed us with the most wonderful meals – even Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings!

Every day brought more adventures and fun.

The beauty of the Bahamas is unmatched.

We laughed a lot and made wonderful memories. What a terrific adventure!
