Many boat days start early, and the sun rose as we entered the Tennessee-Tombigbee (Tenn-Tom) Waterway https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tennessee–Tombigbee and crossed into Alabama. We left Green Turtle Bay and followed the Barkley Canal to beautiful Kentucky Lake.
